Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a senior business analyst to join our growing analytics team. In this role, you will play a critical part in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are clearly translated into actionable, data-driven solutions.
You will work closely with stakeholders, data engineers, and BI engineers across end-to-end data lifecycle projects—starting from requirements gathering and analysis through solution validation and UAT. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in complex, fast-paced environments where data is central to decision-making.
This role offers the opportunity to influence key business initiatives, contribute to high-impact analytics projects, and help shape best practices for business analysis within the organization.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields ( e.g., Computer Science, Computer Information System, Business Information Systems, Computer Engineer or related).
- Strong technical understanding to easily translate business needs into a clear technical requirements.

Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and Change requests (BRDs, CRs).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a data-driven environment.
- Understanding the fundamentals of data modeling, data visualization in Power BI and Tableau, and KPI design and development.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding for data related lifecycle projects and key milestones.

Experience working with cross-functional teams (IT, stakeholders, management).
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, structured, and actionable technical requirements for development teams.
- Serve as the bridge between stakeholders, data engineer and BI engineer teams to ensure clear understanding and alignment.
- Collaborate with data engineers, and BI developers on data lifecycle projects.
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Change Requests (CRs), and related documentation.
- Manage and assess change requests, evaluate impacts, and ensure proper documentation and stakeholder approval.
- Support UAT by validating results to ensure compliance with documented business requirements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts when applicable.
