The Role

We are seeking a highly technical, client-facing delivery leader to be based in Jordan, with frequent regional travel (20%+ across GCC & MENA), working closely with major enterprises, government entities, aviation organizations, utilities, telecom operators, and regulated institutions.

This is not a purely project management or account management role. The successful candidate will combine strong technical depth in AI and enterprise data platforms with commercial awareness and structured delivery discipline.

You will act as the trusted technical counterpart to senior stakeholders (CEO, CIO, CDO, Heads of Digital & Strategy), ensuring complex AI, data lakehoused, governance, and analytics transformation programs are delivered to the highest standard.

You must be comfortable operating in regulated and mission-critical environments, engaging with executive stakeholders, and translating deeply technical discussions into clear execution plans that drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities  Qualifications & ExperienceKey Competencies

Key Responsibilities 

Own and manage the full client relationship Project lifecycle

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the DataHub Analytics technical and architecture teams.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships across multiple industries and sectors.

Lead delivery of AI & Data projects

  • Ensure client requirements are clearly translated into technical execution plans.
  • Oversee implementation of data platforms, AI use cases, analytics dashboards, and governance frameworks.
  • Align delivery with business KPIs and measurable ROI.

Monitor project health and governance

  • Track timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
  • Escalate risks and commercial issues to executive leadership as needed.
  • Conduct steering committees and structured executive reporting sessions.

Deliver business and technical architecture

  • Translate architecture discussions (Data Lakehouse, streaming, AI/ML lifecycle, cloud, integrations) into structured roadmaps.
  • Validate solution design with architects and data engineers.
  • Ensure scalable, secure, and regulation-aligned implementations.

Drive client satisfaction and growth

  • Lead client satisfaction initiatives and long-term retention.
  • Identify expansion opportunities in AI, advanced analytics, and data modernization.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Team on strategic account development

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in client-facing technical delivery, AI/data program management, or structured consulting environments (non-negotiable).
  • Strong technical academic background (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or similar discipline preferred).
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise AI, Data Warehouse/Lakehouse, or large-scale analytics programs.
  • Experience working across multiple sectors (such as aviation, government, telecom, utilities, retail, healthcare, financial services).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise Data architecture, system integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern data stacks.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent client cross regional projects.
  • Experience operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments is highly advantageous.
  • Background in structured consulting environments (Big Four or similar) is a plus.
  • PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Arabic and English fluency required.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across GCC

What Would Make Someone Excellent in This Role

    • Prior involvement in enterprise data modernization, AI implementation, or large-scale analytics transformation programs.
    • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives within GCC markets.
    • Strong understanding of Data Governance frameworks and data quality practices.
    • Strong ownership mindset — treating client outcomes and delivery excellence as personal accountability.
    • Advanced project governance and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficiency with project tracking, reporting, and collaboration tools.
